The way a product or consumer good is presented is an essential part of a product or company’s relationship with their customers. It can honestly be a make-or-break piece of the long-term loyalty a purchaser chooses to bestow upon a company. One of the main touchpoints is, of course, the product’s or service’s packaging. You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover but it sure might help you decide if you want to read it. Haven’t you made a purchase before simply because of how the packaging made you feel?
